Our Vision

ERDA envisions a nation where all children are able to avail of educational opportunities that can prepare them adequately for life, and where marginalized families and communities will have better social and economic living conditions.

Our Mission

ERDA is a dynamic, responsive and competent human development organization committed to create and sustain services for socially and economically disadvantaged children, youth, women, families and communities.

Our Goal

  • To facilitate the entry and re-entry of dropouts and late enrollees in the school system, and enable their families to support and maintain them in school
  • To organize and develop self reliant families and communities
  • To advocate socio-economic, political and ecological issues affecting children, youth, women and families
  • To undertake development strategies (i.e. research, alternative education, capability building, etc.) that are responsive to the needs of the target sector or group
  • To promote and enhance professional competence and staff welfare
  • To facilitate organizational viability and sustainability
  • To establish, strengthen and expand linkages and network for mutual sharing and support
