by: Mr. Peter Marc D. Magsalin
Last July 16, ERDA Tech received a generous donation of Php 50, 000 from the first year high school parent representatives of Xavier School led by Mrs. Dolores Lee of the Xavier Parent's Auxiliary (XSPA). Ms. Jane Natividad and Mr. Marc Magsalin accepted the check for the school.
In her statement, Mrs. Lee shared that as part of their group's commitment to help ERDA Tech, they sold sweat shirts with the Xavier mascot on it during the school fair held last February 2010. Mrs. Natividad responded saying that the donation will go the the general sponsorship fund of the school which aims to support the student's tuition and other expenses in school.
On behalf of ERDA Tech, we thank the XSPA for this assistance. Indeed, many more lives will be changed.

Education for a Better Future |

PERSONAL REPORT: In 2009, I got the opportunity to be part of the German ASA Program, which promotes global learning. I have been working with children from various age groups for nine years, and have gathered a lot of different experiences throughout this time. Then I got the chance to gain a fresh perspective in a different culture. To see the situation of children and youth on a more global front is not only exciting, it's also very important. More people should work for a better future for our children. |

Patience and Perseverance. These were the two thrusts for the school year presented and emphasized by Mrs. Jane N. Natividad during the first general morning assembly of students, faculty and staff last June 8. In her remarks, Mrs. Natividad challenged the students to look at work with pride by putting their full trust on God. She added that patience is not so much waiting for things to happen but to maximize time doing meaningful tasks even after one has accomplished the main job. On the other hand, she stressed that to persevere is to ensure that one is able to achieve the objectives set despite the challenges faced. |
